Tina M. France is the founder and CEO of Hark the Herald Media, a personal development company created to equip emerging, visionary women to use their gifts to improve the lives of others. Tina is an ordained minister, author of 73 Miles to Empty: How Visionary Women Refuel When They’re Tired, Uninspired, and Ready to Quit, and host of The WordGirl Podcast- created to help women become Women of the Word.

Professionally, she worked in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry for over 14 years with her last role as a Senior Project Oversight Manager. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing global data teams in Japan, Belgium and Mexico for clinical trial projects that developed new drugs for patients living with Lupus. Tina was honored to be the recipient of three Spot Achievement awards for her work in overseeing the implementation of a strategic partnership within her department and deploying three key technology initiatives.

 

In July 2015, she left the world of pharmaceuticals to use her administrative gifts in the family business where she proudly serves as Co-Owner (with her husband, Bruce, who founded the business in 2006) and Business Administrator of France Embroidery & Printing. France Embroidery & Printing has been a local, family business for over 15 years and supports established businesses, churches, schools, sports teams, startup clothing companies and hobbyists with their company branding and special projects.

In addition to that, Tina answered her call and was licensed into the gospel ministry on October 28, 2007. She has served in various ministry roles for 17 years and she has been blessed to speak for ministries, women’s empowerment events and youth conferences. Tina has hosted bible studies and worship events in her community as well as ministered words of encouragement through various ministry assignments.  She was ordained into the Gospel Ministry on May 16, 2021.  She currently serves as an associate minister at LifeHouse Church in Raleigh, NC where she leads the First Impressions team.  

 

A sought-after speaker, Bible teacher, and ministry consultant, Tina specializes in helping women study the Bible with clarity and understanding. She also guides women in ministry, particularly those without seminary training, in preparing sermons that are clear, concise, and engaging.

Tina and Bruce have been married for 23 years and their union has been blessed with three children: Jordan, Cameran and Mason.
